KB Art Projects' Debut at the Brisbane Affordable Art Fair

A Milestone Event

KB Art Projects proudly launched its first exhibition at the Brisbane Affordable Art Fair in May 2024. This event, a fresh addition to Brisbane's Cultural Calendar, was a fantastic experience and a promising start for what we hope becomes an annual tradition, much like its counterparts in the southern states.

Showcasing Talented Artists

The exhibition featured the works of five talented artists: Kaz Burton, Dana Dion, Gina Ward, Lee Hampton, and Sasha Vatoff. The collection included stunning original paintings and captivating bas relief wall art. Each artist brought a unique perspective and style, making the exhibition a vibrant and diverse showcase of contemporary art.

Celebrating Success

The outcome was remarkably successful, with artworks sold by each participating artist. It was an especially thrilling moment for Kaz Burton and Gina Ward, who were exhibiting their works publicly for the first time. Their debut was met with enthusiastic acclaim, resulting in the sale of eight paintings between them.

Following this success, KB Art Projects eagerly anticipates participating in the Melbourne Affordable Art Fair in late August 2024. We look forward to bringing more exceptional art to new audiences and continuing to support and celebrate the talents of our artists.
